the distance from the center is the main disadvantage of this place. even though some people may do not mind walking (about 20 min, each way to the center), they may find that walking this distance becomes very difficult when the weather is very hot. Especially, if need to walk this distance back and forth more than once a day. More importantly, if one plans to have dinner at a restaurant (there are no cafes or restaurants around the hotel) when they come back to the hotel at night, they should not choose to walk as there are no street lights to help you find your way. If you plan to walk to the hotel at night you need to use a flashlight to find your way otheirwise you should take a taxi (7 euros). We also tried to hire bicycles, but we found that this does not work either as the hotel is situated on a hill so it gets really tiring to get to it with a bicycle. Another negative thing is the size of the rooms, they are really small - almost unpleasantly small- and the size of the double bed is also very small for two. On the positive side, the hotel is in a very quiet location and serves a decent breakfast every morning in their beautiful garden. the hotel has a swimming pool but one cannot use it between 2pm- 5 pm (which seems a bit strange given that at these times the day is very hot, so one would reasonably like to use the pool). oevrall, personally i do not think that i will book my staying to this hotel again. there are other hotels with less amenities (eg. pool) which are more central and more suitable to my preferences,

An absolute treat of a hotel. Excellent from start to finish. View from our room was amazing, immaculate and extremely comfortable facilities. The breakfast was fresh and changed each day. Tonya, who was running it, was a mine of local information with knowledge of the hiking routes/restaurants/directions. As a host she was top notch.

I had a fantastic stay at 7islands. The owners are very welcomingand helpful. Room was cleaned daily and given fresh towels too. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety to choose from.

I loved everything about 7 Islands. It’s a hotel that has been family run for 38 years and you can tell how much they care. It is far enough out of town to be silent at night with no noise from bars or motorbikes, but near enough to walk to everything you need in 15 minutes.
Our room was clean, comfortable and with great air conditioning. From our balcony you could see the pool and the sea in the distance.
Breakfast was from 8:30 to 12 so no hurry in the morning, the perfect place to relax and recharge.

We had a fantastic stay at 7 Islands. Tonia and her family are perfect hosts! From picking us up at the port, to helpful maps of the area, perfect breakfasts and a beautiful place to stay. It was all amazing! I would recommend this hotel and the island of Spetses to anyone! The hotel is immaculate and the pool area is lovely and quiet. It is a bit of walk to town, but very pleasant and if you really don't want to walk back then you can get a taxi. We didn't need to, and found the roads safe, and easy to walk - even at night. This was the relaxing holiday we needed at a very peaceful hotel.

Undoubtedly one of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in and one of the cleanest. It’s immaculately maintained, very comfortable and in a really quiet part of the town. Highly recommended.

We return to Spetses every summer for a few days, and staying at 7 Islands is always a highlight. The place is spotless, and Tonia and her family go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, and the service is truly exceptional. From recommending and booking great dinner spots to making sure we have our favorite spot on the beach, every detail is thoughtfully handled. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it might make it harder to find a room next time we visit!
