Abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda vota in questo agriturismo: ottima accoglienza, ottima struttura e ottimi servizi. Vacanza perfetta, possibilità di raggiungere le spiagge e Castiglione in bici senza troppa fatica. Vendono olio e vino. Posto ventilato e inserito in una cornice tra campagna e mare. Ci torneremo!

The perfect start to our holidays. Val di Nappo is amazing. Fresh produce every morning + cosy apartment + great view + great own wine + fantastic view - What else can you ask for? Marco and everyone made us feel home, part of the family. It is an experience, simple yet luxurious. Will definitely come back

Una meravigliosa scoperta!! Location bellissima, vicina alla spiaggia delle Rocchette, titolari gentilissimi, cordiali, accoglienti..ti fanno sentire a casa! Persone veramente squisite. Con piscina, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, completo di ogni comfort per un soggiorno rilassante. Complimenti ancora! Torneremo sicuramente appena possibile!

We stayed at Agriturismo Val di Nappo during our summer road trip and were genuinely charmed by this peaceful spot tucked among olive groves & vines near Punta Ala, Tuscany. The setting is quietly stunning , the scent of rosemary, and birdsong as your backdrop. Our apartment was spacious, simple and spotless, with a lovely terrace overlooking the trees — perfect for slow mornings or a sunset “linnerette” (late lunch/ early dinner) BBQ cooked with their own olive wood, accompanied by home grown vegetables and a glass of their excellent home made wine. (Red & white) The shared pool was a welcome haven in the heat, and the atmosphere was relaxed and unpretentious. It felt like staying on a working farm in the best sense — peaceful, grounded, and full of soul. The family hosts were friendly and generous, happy to chat or offer advice but never intrusive. Their wine and olive oil were a real highlight — we took both with us (and wish we’d been able to take more).

Abbiamo soggiornato a luglio nell'appartamento Ciliegia, ottimo a tutto: proprietari gentilissimi, appartamento bello e pulito e fresco, posto stupendo per chi ama stare in un ambiente in campagna vicinissimo al mare (c'è sempre un bel vento che sale dal mare!) e alle colline dove puoi ammirare il bosco di pini marittimi e gli uliveti, ottime trattorie nei paesini vicini come Scarlino, Tirli, Vetulonia. Spiagge e mare super, prezzo adeguato. Bella l'idea di offrire agli ospiti verdura e frutta dell'orto e le biciclette. Serve la macchina comunque per chi non è allenato in bici, la spiaggia si raggiunge in pochi minuti e il parcheggio si trova anche gratis. Ci torneremo perché c'è proprio piaciuto! C'è anche una piscina spaziosa e pulita, noi l'abbiamo usata poco solo perché amiamo il mare e i tramonti di Punta Ala, Casetta Civinnini. Da provare!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo agriturismo, un'oasi di pace e silenzio immersa in ettari di ulivi, vigneti, frutteti, perfetto per una rilassante vacanza vicino al mare. L'agriturismo sorge nella tenuta agricola di Antonio e Tina oggi curata dal figlio Marco. A disposizione degli ospiti frutta e verdura colta in giornata, l'uso della bellissima piscina e delle biciclette per una scampagnata al mare (un pochino lunga 4.5km) ma in mezzo al Pian di Rocca. Siamo stati bene e pensiamo di ritornarci un giorno. Il mare delle Rocchette è uno dei più belli che abbiamo trovato sulla costiera degli etruschi. A soli 10 minuti si raggiunge in macchina Castiglione della Pescaia.

Agriturismo in una posizione splendida, dislocato su una collinetta con vista sulla campagna e verso la zona delle Rocchette. La casa che abbiamo affittato era molto funzionale e spaziosa con una tettoia dove poter mangiare all'aperto . La casa era fresca anche se le giornate erano molto calde, c'era comunque l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza. La piscina era grande e soleggiata con ombrelloni , lettini e doccia calda. A disposizione dei clienti c'era della frutta e verdura appena raccolte dall'orto e Acqua naturale e frizzante microfiltrata. I gestori persone molto disponibili e famigliari che sanno dedicare del tempo ai clienti. La spiaggia era a pochi minuti di auto, raggiungibile anche in bicicletta. Vicino alla spiaggia si trovano un minimarket e una pizzeria. Vacanza perfetta.

This is a fantastic holiday retreat which we all loved (myself, my wife and two kids aged 10 & 8). Barbara and Marcus are fantastic hosts and both speak a little English. The accommodation is made up of several bungalows - which all look pretty similar with great facilities. Ours was spotless and Barbara kindly cleaned it after our first week. Each has a drive way and space for the car and ours had two good sized bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and air con is in every room except the bathroom. There is a kitchen and dining table and each bungalow has it's own 'balcony' area with BBQ and outside seating (including x2 deck chairs). It is a short walk to the pool which is a great size and in our two weeks was never crowded or unpleasant. Our Italian neighbours (other holiday makers) were all friendly and engaging. Our kids loved the pool and we ended up spending a couple of days there without going to the beaches or towns. This area of Italy appears to be less crowded than other beach areas for no good reason (possibly it's history is against it if you are Italian but as an English family it has everything). We chose Italy because there are few Brits. Italians are far more helpful than others and they will engage with you if you try to speak a bit of Italian. There are plenty of great Beaches (Castiglioni della Pescaia is only a short drive away and is our favourite). All Italian beaches have great facilities and you don't have to hire sun beds if you don't want to. The restaurants round about are all fabulous, including the roadside restaurants (Lisa's and Grazia). We had a lovely holiday and we thoroughly recommend this fabulous place to relax and base yourself in the area. Thank you Barbara and Marco you are fabulous hosts

Wij zaten in het nieuwe vrijstaande huisje met groot terras aan het begin van het terrein tussen de olijfbomen. Alles perfect in orde. Goede keuken met goede inventaris, grote ijskast en vaatwasser. Airco werkte goed en pluspunt dat ook in alle kamers een plafondfan aan kon (mocht je geen airco willen gebruiken). De ramen zijn allemaal voorzien van horren. Er waren geen muggen, wel wespen (met eten heel vervelend). Enige minpuntje vonden wij dat er geen uitzicht was. De hoger gelegen appartementen hebben wel mooi uitzicht. Pluspunt is dat je wat meer afgelegen zit. Heel sympathiek vonden wij de gratis groente en fruit van de agriturismo dat je bij de receptie kon pakken. En fijn dat er koud water (ook met bubbels) te tappen is. Zwembad was oke. Minpuntje is het stiltemoment tussen 13.00 - 16.00 uur, maar begrijpelijk aangezien de familie ernaast woont. Het strand is 5 minuten rijden. Een aanrader en zeker om nog eens terug te gaan.

Posizione bellissima, vicina al mare e a luoghi da visitare. Agriturismo bellissimo, pulitissimo, accogliente, con personale disponibile ed accogliente! Piscina nelle colline, casa attrezzata di tutto, posto auto vicinissimo ad appartamento. Voglia di ritornare subito!!!!
