  • Guest：房间很大，酒店帮忙升了房，6楼景观很好，窗外还可以看到太湖，房间还送了欢迎水果，体验感很好，服务不错。
  • Guest：多次去苏州旅游入住该酒店，酒店地理位置优越，位于太湖边上，是园林式酒店并配有游泳池，房间面积也挺大的，小朋友很喜欢，服务员态度非常积极，整体水平还是很不错的。不过，提个小建议：请酒店检查一下淋浴房的漏水问题，二次入住都遇到这个问题，建议让维修人员检查一下。
  • Guest：已经是第四次入住，房间位于一号楼，细节上有改进（衞生间有门了），不过电视机下面的插座裸露在外有安全隐患，淋浴间挡水条密封不足，水会流出来。早餐一如既往的丰盛，入住退房一如既往快。当然在服务上尚需提高，外卖不提供服务员/机器人送上门服务，这点是折射出酒店服务意识不足。提供给顾客的袋子居然缺少一个另手。
