Guest：After arrival we were welcomed bij the staff. They showed us our rooms and explained everything. The house is looking good. But it's not perfect. The shower-head could use a cleaning, not all the lights were working, and the overall feeling of the house itself was that it could use a finishing touch. But the chef made us forget about everything. What an amazing experience she made for us... Every time again! This made our stay incredible!

Even while transitioning from a rental home to a full lodge, they have been absolutely exceptional in their effort, passion, service, and—most importantly—the comfort of their rooms. The food and hospitality have been consistently outstanding. Every company has its tough days, but I’ve never encountered a management team so determined to make things right and so committed to continually improving the guest experience. Their dedication is genuine, and it shows. East Africa has faced some challenging weather systems from October through December, yet Tinyiko Lodge adapted with grace and professionalism.
