We stayed here from 30/12 for 3 nights. Firstly the negative, we did not book a balcony so we knew we had no view. No problem as we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway, your in Benidorm so why would you ??. Now the positives. As soon as we arrived the reception staff were brilliant. Straight to the room which was absolutely spotless. Everything worked perfect. And if like us you prefer the old town then the location is brilliant, 2 minutes walk to Tapas Alley, 30 seconds to the beach etc. There is a sun terrace on the roof but we didn’t use it. 100% we would go back here.

After seeing Milords reviewed on Youtube we decided to book for our post christmas into the New Year getaway. For the first two nights we had a room facing the back of the hotel and then transfered to the front for the following 10 nights. The rear facing room was a strange shape/bit cramped for even two but was really quiet but had no outside space. The front facing room was a LOT larger, had a balcony with fantastic views towards the park and sea. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, as were the corridors, lift and reception. The staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful. But we won't be back (TBH we booked elsewhere for our next stay while we were there) Our problem was the noise! We're not particularly light sleepers and had anticipated that the street would be busy during the day and evenings (not an issue). We expected it to be loud on New Years Eve, the evening running up to it and on the 5th January, again, not a problem. What was a surprise was that the noise was incessant: delivery lorries, rubbish collections and lorries throughout the night and early hours. Door closed, shutters closed and ear plugs in, alcohol consumed and still we were woken mulitple times EVERY night. With our experince of finding the rear room claustrophobic we decided to stay in the front facing room and resigned ourselves to sleep when we got home :/

Had the best time ever the apartment was spotless and had everything you could need the staff make you feel very welcome and you could not ask for a better location. Thanks

We had a great time. Lovely clean apartments, excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Big thank you to Angel in reception for his help with everything. It was our first time in Benidorm and we loved it. Would highly recommend these apartments.

We booked this apartment for a family getaway we have three apartments. The entrance is small but prominent can’t fault the location for Beach. Unfortunately that’s where everything ends. The rooms are clean to a degree but no sea views dusty you have no option but to close all the windows because of the noise from cooling fans. We had a light in the bathroom that could not be turned off once you were in the apartment unless you removed your key card from the door which then meant you had no lights at all during the night. The TV if you can call it that was on the wall I’ve never seen one so small. I wouldn’t recommend Millard‘s we could’ve stayed in a different hotel/apartments for less money than what we paid here and had a much better experience disappointed disappointed.

What a disappointment this hotel is the only good thing is the location about 30m from the beach. The rooms were ok but that’s about all unless you have the blinds closed all the time you have no privacy at all. Every room is overlooked by both the corridor or other rooms. There is only 1 lift in the whole building on one day we waited 25 min. The phone in the room didn’t work we had a light that could not be turned off. The staff/maids are all ok one of the reception staff a man is quite abrupt and rude at times. We could have stayed in other cheaper hotels close to the beach and not paid over ￡1000 for ten days. Avoid at all costs

From the moment we booked everything went so smoothly When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Patricia and on entering our room with a balcony and street view we knew we had made the correct decision We stayed for 7 nights we found all the staff professional and accommodating the rooms have a small well equipped kitchen and are regularly serviced with fresh linen the cafeteria downstairs has a great selection of freshly prepared dishes where we met the lovely Brian he is courteous and well mannered all in all the location is perfect and the apartment has everything needed for a wonderful stay A huge thank you to Patricia and all the staff

Perfect location, Perfect everything. I'd definitely go back here, was spotlessly clean, staff were friendly too . Highly recommended, loved looking at the pigeons on the balcony............. .................................... .

Fabulous location for these apartments, next to beaches, restaurants and shops, right in the heart of the Old Town. Apartments are basic but spotlessly clean, with towels and sheets changed every three days. We stayed in an apartment at the back, without a balcony, but the plus side to this is it’s much quieter at night. The reception team at Milords are without doubt the most helpful I have come across in any hotel, they are brilliant. We are hoping to be back later this year for another stay at Milords!

This is great hotel to stay in the centre of Benidorm. excellent location. very close to the beach and old city. A lot of restaurants around giving you additional great experience. Room as described. apartment was very clean and besides there was no sea view but was very quite.
