The location is good and the check-in and check-out process was easy. However, the level of cleanliness could be improved, as there was a noticeable musty smell.

I recently stayed at this accommodation with my family during the December Holidays and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
Upon entering the room, the first thing we noticed was a cockroach near the hot water flask area. This was shocking and distressing, especially as I was travelling with young children who were visibly frightened. This immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
We then checked the rooms and found the bedsheets in the room with the bunk bed dirty, with visible black stains in several areas. This is completely unacceptable as clean bedding is a basic expectation for any accommodation. The overall condition of the building was also very old and dilapidated, giving the impression that maintenance and upkeep have been neglected for quite some time.
Ultimately, the cockroach incident was the decided factor for us. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying the night and made the difficult decision to pack up and book another accommodation at short notice, resulting in almost $400 wasted.
This stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation, particularly for families with children, unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, pest control, and overall maintenance.

Apartment so beautiful, so minimalist. Sesuai untuk family pax. Love the view outside. But so gayat before arrived at the apartment. Everything was okay and will come back again

Cleanliness and communication need significant improvement. Firstly, we were unable to contact the host regarding an additional room and bed after booking, despite multiple attempts.
Upon arrival, the overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The kids’ room, especially the double-decker bed, was dirty and dusty. The bed and blankets were not clean, particularly the upper bed. We also noticed insects on the wall, which was very concerning.
In addition, there was no prior notice that there would be no water supply on our check-out day. As a result, we were unable to clean ourselves properly and were still required to check out on time, causing great inconvenience.
On a positive note, the location is convenient and complimentary parking was provided, which we appreciated. We hope the host can improve cleanliness and communication, even during peak seasons, to provide a better experience for guests.

It was a fairly good stay, there’s only 1 toilet abit tough for big family to prepare.
Location is fairly ok, given that it is just 10mins away from Genting Plaza

Love room view, parking lot, very cool weather, better than Genting. The room toilet needs an extra floor mat; otherwise, the floor is very wet, and you'll step until the bed. The balcony should have a chair/table to enjoy the view. Taking the lift is most difficult. I checked out early but waited for 1 hour just for the lift. Checking out of the parking also had long queues for me. Nothing is cheap eating there. Even having a video guide to the room is also complicated; it's from one tower to another tower, lift to another lift, especially if it's your first time going. If you go there and don't go anywhere, it's the best place to relax.I more for suggestion better but not complain .

Great view from the room
We secured a room on a high floor with great panoramic view of genting Highlands. Check in was smooth. Clear instructions given by host.
Need to give 100rm deposit for key card. Room was huge and clean. Within the condo, there are plenty of eateries. 15 mins drive to genting Highland. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.

Tempat kurang bersih , netflix takboleh buka. Bantal sorang 1 , lantai melekit, kerusi di balkoni dah nak rosak, banyak puntung rokok di balkoni . Parking penuh , sepatut nya khas kan parking untuk penginap setiap bilik 1 kereta, supaya tidak susah parking.
