The rooms were great however cleanliness was not that good, found hairs on the bed and toilet, plates and utensils are not cleaned properly, and floor is abit dirty. Overall environment is great due to the location of the unit. The wifi is also very slow and TV operating using the wifi keep lagging, literally unable to watch a full show without it buffering every few minutes.

The facilities are good value for money. But nothing impressive. We went there to chill and my 2 year old daughter got so chilled that she started having breathing difficulties after playing in the clouds. We would appreciate if you could keep the indoor play zone open a little longer at night. 8pm is too early for some kids. Their pool bar has some nice food. I would highly recommend the indian restaurant. The manager is a lovely guy and their service was 5 stars! Loved their ambiance, Khichdi and view ??

The service at this hotel was very poor. The air conditioning in our room was making a loud noise, and we had to wait three hours for maintenance. The only compensation offered was a room change or a late check-out, which we found unacceptable. Our elderly mother had already gone to sleep, making a room change impractical. Based on our experience, we do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Apartment comes with full kitchen facilities, and everything is working. So very happy with that. Cleanliness of the apartment in general is very questionable though. Not very clean and do take note of that. But the beds are clean so that’s a plus.
Love the view and when we were there, Genting was covered in a thick fog and mist, so was very very magical and very enjoyable weather.
