Formidable séjour, un accueil chaleureux et un très bel endroit. Florence était disponible, investie et de très bon conseil sur la région qu’elle conna?t parfaitement. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour !

Lugar encantador en un pueblo peque?o de la Provence Francesa, Muy acogedor, limpio y decorado con gusto. Los desayunos son muy completos. El trato con Florence es magnífico, pendiente de todo y aconsejando lugares de interés de la zona para su visita. Todo perfecto.

Atendimento super gentil de Florence, que é muito prestativa e disponível. Ela nos deu excelentes dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Café da manh? maravilhoso, com alimentos frescos e selecionados, no jardim da propriedade, com lou?as finas. Um primor! Acomoda??es grandes e completas, de muito bom gosto. O prédio fica bem no centrinho de Oppede, com vistas lindas para as casas de pedra centenárias e a paisagem da Proven?a. Imperdível.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Buissonnière. Oppède le Vieux a un charme fou. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et très propre. Superbes vues sur le village depuis nos fenêtres. Excellents petits déjeuners - bio - dans un patio de charme. Florence est une h?te professionnelle et très accueillante. Elle nous a bien conseillés sur la région et expliqué l'histoire particulière du village.

My husband and I spent our holiday staying in La Buissonniere August 2024 from the United States. The town of Oppede Le Vieux and the bed and breakfast are picturesque and absolutely dreamy. The rooms are wonderfully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the local products used in the rooms including soaps and shampoo. The shared space in the top floor is a perfect space to take a cup of tea in the morning and enjoy the birds and watch cyclists roll through the town. The courtyard has a lovely plunge pool, pool seating, and breakfast nooks. Oppede le Vieux is a lovely town to base your Provence/Luberon Valley trip from. The town feels authentic, cozy and private- but has easy access to many sights (and lovely restaurants!) We are every grateful to our host- Florence- who was extremely generous with her time and hospitality. We loved our breakfasts- consisting of local bread and pastries, fruit, yogurt, preserves, juices, and coffee. Our only wish is that we’d stay longer!

Florence is a warm and welcoming host. We stayed in the suite and had the entire upstairs Breakfast and delicious coffee Florence joined us daily and was kind and helpful We cannot think of a single thing that can be improved with this charming B and B in Oppede Le Vieux. Ken and Denise

A charming hotel in the tranquil village of Oppede Le Vieux. Beautiful room overlooking the garden and a lovely breakfast of local pastries and organic produce. Florence was a delightful host, recommending restaurants and activities in the local area. Will definitely return.

This might be the most charming village on our 3 week trip through Europe. Florence greeted us when we arrived late in the afternoon and got us settled-in. She went to the cafe across the lane and secured reservations for our dinner. The next morning she prepared a breakfast of fresh baked goods, fruits, jellies and fresh squeezed juice. The room was perfect, nicely appointed and very comfortable…with a great view. On our final morning we had to leave very early. Florence unexpectedly got up early and prepared another great “takeaway”with fruits and pastries. If I ever get back to France, I will make a point to include La Buissonnière in our plans.

A village breathing history, without crowds of tourists, stylishly furnished rooms. Convenient location for exploring other interesting places in the Luberon. Florence willingly advised us every morning what was worth seeing, where to eat, as the restaurants in the village and the surrounding area were not open every day. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams. And a refreshing mini-pool, which we always jumped into after a hot day. Thank you Florence, for your kind hospitality.

We were a party of 3 taking 2 rooms at La Buissonnerie for 5 nights. Firstly, the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean and very quirky with art deco furniture. Shower rooms and basins etc are provided with eco friendly and very nicely perfumed soaps. La Buissonnerie is just off the main square in Oppede le Vieux and is a step back in time without traffic, too many shops etc.. There is a fridge on the landing and tea and coffee making facilities - ideal for storing things for picnics. The breakfasts are delicious with local fruit, jams, yoghurt etc. and copious coffee/tea. Oppede le Vieux itself is a very old village with 2 restaurants - we tried the one nearest to La Buissonnerie and it is reasonably priced and serves good food. We didn't try the other restaurant which looked nice but busy. The walks up to the church at the top of Oppede le Vieux are interesting and it would be worth spending a whole day sauntering around there. Oppede le Vieux is very quiet mainly due to the lack of through traffic. Close by is the lovely town of Menerbes which has several restaurants and it can be reached by walking from Oppede le Vieux although the walking trail might be difficult to find. Finally, the best part of La Buissonnerie is its proprietaire, Florence who made us very welcome and helped us enormously. Florence has made La Buissonnerie a fantastic place to stay and experience a beautiful old village - this was the highlight of our holiday. I only wish more propritaires were as skilled and friendly as Florence. We will return whenever we can and we miss it already.
