This spacious house is located in a green and quiet area, about 300 meters from the beach in Lignano Pineta. It features a private garden and covered parking space.

The ground floor includes a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a patio.
Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. Both rooms have access to a shared terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.

The house accommodates 7 to 8 guests and is equipped with TV, washing machine, and A/C.
