Aircond not working good. Breakfast, the food from yesterday. I got sick all day, food poisoning.

位置挺好的，公共空间挺大，就是房间太旧了。。。。。。剩下的还不错，主要还是因为泗水这个地方还不错

Secara umum Oke. Musholla Besar dan Bersih. Fasilitas Nyaman. Sarapan Lumayan. Dan Sangat Strategis untuk akses ke Jl. Tunjungan Surabaya.

Good experience staying in Varna Culture. Facilities and services are excellent. Will repeat to stay here when in Surabaya

Except for the location , the rest was very very basic with an old furniture in the room.

Good location. Friendly staff and near to shopping mall. Overall very good. Breakfast is normal.

I had a bad stay at this hotel. The aircond wasn’t working properly for the whole night at least for the room I got. It was still leaking even after the technician came to fix it. The shower was stinky. The receptionist was kind but other than him, everything was horrible. Luckily the hotel isn’t under Accor or Marriot or else The Customer Always Right might be applied.
