Guest：We were staying in Danae (the pink villa !) and had a wonderful peaceful holiday. The villa was comfortable, clean, and had more than enough space for the six of us. Its located just off the main road opposite a lovely, very traditional, taverna - but you wouldn't have known the road was there for the most part. And Lefkada is such a beautiful island - Danae overlooks the idyllic harbour town of Syvota which is a five minute car ride away and its only 15 minutes south to Vasiliki or a similar time north up to Nidri so really well positioned for getting out and about. The three bedrooms (one double, two twins) all had their own en-suite bathroom; comfortable beds; doors leading outside; and excellent AC. And plenty of space for clothes too. The property was cleaned twice during our 11 night stay which was much appreciated. The upstairs area was light and airy with three different balconies all with spectacular views - comfortable lounge and dining areas and a good kitchen with large fridge freezer; plus a dish washer too. Outside, the pool area was fine - six beds and a couple of sun shades - and the pool was cleaned every day so was spotless. The double bedroom leads out to the pool area and had a well positioned table and chairs on a little patio area. Perfect for a cool ouzo as the sun started to "cool" in the late afternoon... The gardens were well kept and watered every morning - the lavender behind the pool smelt wonderful and the limes on the lime tree were huge ! Throughout we had regular dialogue with the owners - and any questions we had were answered quickly and positively; the service we had was brilliant. Thank you Panorea and Costas. Overall, just what we needed for our holiday - there's still lots we want to do in Lefkada and would definitely have a stay at the Danae as part of any return visit to the island.
