What you described is not reflective of the standard we strive to provide.I understand that you were able to bring food into the restaurant and bar on Friday but were told on Saturday that you could not. I can certainly see how not receiving any information on Friday, then hearing something else on Saturday would be both confusing and frustrating, and for that inconsistency, I sincerely apologize.It is uncommon for guests to request bringing outside food into these spaces, and we were admittedly unprepared to handle the situation consistently. We have since reviewed what occurred and established a clearer protocol for how to manage similar requests moving forward.We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as your feedback has helped us improve.Warm regards,
