Guest：Scrub Island is a beautiful location with several dining options and a several nice swimming pools viewing the ocean. Our stay was very nice, and the staff was very accommodating. We will be going back again!
Guest：The property was great. The only concern we had was dinner at Cardamon (the nicest restaurant) the hostess and server were not friendly and seemed put out by our presence. The person working the Hut for use of kyaks not very helpful on where to go for snorkeling. Staff at the pool bar and concierge and check-in were great!
Guest：Service was outstanding, marina is lovely, food was very good, room was comfortable. North Beach is small but lovely, with exception that the water was very shallow and not swimable, needed water shoes to protect feet in water. ***NOTE: even though ******* advertised that they are transparent about property fees and charged roughly 30% for taxes and fees, Scrub island also charged daily resort/ room amenity fees of nearly $100/ day in addition at check out. ******* could not explain their tax&fee charge or itemize it, and were apparently unaware of the resort fees.
Guest：Property was decent for the price but they need to work on staff and educate the understanding that most people travel miles to be there. We found it very sad to see the lack of hospitality and attention. Every bill adds 20% which isn't an issue but most servers take it as a standard. Please work on employee moral.
