一開始前臺就開錯了房，怎么都打不開門，結果半天有個女的從里面吧門打開了。那尷尬啊。還是溫德姆，這搞的，全無好感了，值班經理陪我重新開房卡送我上樓，并在房門口道歉。但是印象已經那樣了

Very basic amenities for the price... And glass window need to get wash, other than that all good

Hotel is located within walking distance to food options and Tunjungan Plaza mall. Room is huge with a bathtub in the room. Room is clean. But the soundproofing is bad. We had to change room because the room next door made a lot of noises during the night. We literally can hear their voices speaking and music turned on loud next door.
