The room is quite spacious and offers a great city view. The Smart TV is available, but it only supports YouTube and Netflix, with no other streaming options. The interior appears to need some refreshing, as there are visible signs of wear and tear on the wallpaper. The bathroom also requires more thorough cleaning; the bathtub water was yellowish, which was unpleasant. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, but the overall taste was average.

Hotel look ok but some wallpaper in the room already old and broken, should repair soon, ac ok cold enough, some instruction for shower not so clear, breakfast standart, parking basement

身為一間五星級酒店，做SPA竟然不能使用信用卡，而且一開頭已經詢問可不可以用，說了可以用才做的，快完成SPA時竟然說信用卡機用不了，還藉用因為家舍要看醫生而急需要現金，明顯是逃避了公司的收入，直接去到自己袋。酒店位置尚可，走路到商場大約10分鐘左右。房間衛生是算可以，雙床有一張不平穩。 GYM SUNA area的淋浴設施和馬桶非常舊，已經發黃，真惡心。

酒店服務：工作人員熱情，英文溝通基本沒問題。設施：還沒來得及體驗下游泳池和健身房。房間設施的話，畢竟這么久時間，東西還是比較陳舊的、老派的。比較推薦大房型。特別喜歡這個透明大玻璃。。。。食物：選擇性挺多的，偶爾會比較合胃口。門口的咖啡、果汁、煎蛋、湯麪、粥、里面的水果，是ok的。

如此破敗的五星級酒店，真是難以置信，又舊又破，還很貴！穿上用品不是破洞就是毛邊，毛巾的色號都不是白了，是灰！頭一次有五星級酒店的毛巾讓我覺得不敢用。早餐種類很多，但是不好吃。直接敗壞了溫德姆在我心中的好印象。
