Ein sehr gepflegtes kleineres Hotel in perfekter Strandlage für Menschen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Eingerichtet im Stil einer spanischen Galeere hat es einen besonderen Charme. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gro?, supersauber und bieten viel Stauraum. Es k?nnten mehr Steckdosen zur Verfügung stehen. Das Highlight ist die sehr sch?ne Poollandschaft, abgetrennt durch eine Wand mit Glasarkaden, die vor dem Wind schützt und einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand bietet, der direkt über eine kleine Treppe erreichbar ist. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und das wirkt sich auch auf die G?ste aus. Die Atmosph?re ist gepr?gt von gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist wunderbar. G?ste, die nicht gut zu Fu? sind, finden in der N?he wenig Restaurants oder Einkaufsm?glichkeiten. Die Taxis sind aber innerhalb von zwei Minuten da und kosten nicht viel. Das Restaurant im Hotel bietet abends jeweils ein Vier-G?nge-Menü, das sehr ordentlich ist. Wir k?nnen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen für Urlauber/innen, die einfach die Ruhe genie?en m?chten.

This is our 3rd time at this hotel. 2021, 2022 and now 2025 at the end of a 7 night stay. In 2021and 2022 it was in need of a refurbishment, revamp. Well some changes have happened. THE POOL AREAS now have all new sun beds and parasols (Good thing ). The floor areas have been thinly screened, but unfortunately it’s too thin and is now breaking up (shame needs to be done again but thicker). THE JACUZZI is still in need of repair (Bad thing) lots of tiles dropped off as it was in 2022). STAFF, FOOD all good as in 2022. All the paint work and wood panelling have all had a coat of paint/wood-stain (Good thing). Corridors carpets still in need of a good.shampoo as in 2022. Although the hotel is basically themed as a Spanish galleon the bedrooms need bringing into the 21 century.(the are still drab and out dated. Will come back in a couple of years hopefully changes have happened.

Estuve 1 semana y no puedo salir más contenta, la atención y la buena vibra de los canarios es otro nivel! Habitaciones limpias, la comida es buena y variada y es un lugar acogedor. Tambien la zona de piscina me gustó mucho. La verdad me voy satisfecha y con ganas de volver

Kurzurlaub für 7 Tage - man hat alles was man braucht. Tolles Frühstück, tolles Personal, Pools und den direkten Zugang zum Meer. Darüber hinaus sind gute Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Von hier aus haben wir auch die gesamt Insel erkunden k?nnen - mit Auto, mit Bus - alles m?glich.

We had a really lovely break in a really nice hotel. We had another hotel booked up however we were told that there were renovations going on therefore we swapped to this hotel instead at late notice and saved quite a lot of money too. Firstly I would like to thank the hotel managers and staff for being so friendly and for keeping the hotel immaculate as the rooms and surrounding areas were cleaned and tidied to such a high standard. We had a lovely sea view room overlooking the pools and could hear the waves at night which was very relaxing. We absolutely loved the cruise ship feel of the hotel which was quite old fashioned but great character. The best thing for us was the location to the lovely beach as it took 5 minutes to walk onto the beach which always had plenty of sunbeds, also, you can walk for miles along the beach front and promenades. We only had breakfast at the hotel but that was perfect with a great variety of cooked food, fruit and pastries but I personally loved the freshly cooked omelettes served at the table. We did walk to local restaurants which were nice but next time we may go for half board as the food looked great. I did read the reviews about the rooms not having many sockets therefore we bought a multi plug converter with USB’s (see pic) so we just plugged that into the socket next to our bed so it wasn’t an issue. If I had to pick one slight negative it was the bottom of the pools looked a little green but didn’t stop us using them. This hotel is excellent value for the money, thank you and we will return soon.

Absolutely lovely We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean and friendly hotel. The staff were so nice and the location was virtually on the beach. We had our room cleaned every day to a high standard and the breakfast was so nice as we had a fresh omelette brought up to us every morning. Thank you to the hotel staff for making us feel so welcome.

The Hotel San Agustin Beach Club is located in an excellent location in San Agustin. The San Agustin shopping centre is 5-10 minutes walk (slightly uphill) and you have access to Spar (supermarket), shops and multiple good restaurants. The hotel readily books you a taxi to the shopping centre/taxi stand, if it is a struggle to walk to the shopping centre. The hotel is located next to the San Agustin Beach which is a volcanic sand beach. The beach is not overcrowded and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas which can rent for small fee from the beach wardens. There is a restaurant on the beach with a toilet facilities, so you can easily buy drinks and food. We frequently headed back to our hotel as it so close. The downside is that the hotel is only accessible to the beach via relatively steep steps. Therefore, it would be amazing if the hotel considered constructing a ramp or lift to make the beach more accessible for prams and wheelchairs. The hotel itself is compact and designed like the interiors of a cruise-ship. It was very quaint, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception and restaurant staff were very cordial and always had smiling faces. We were welcomed with a complimentary glasses of sparkling wine whilst we were checking in. We were offered beach towels for each of us. We booked a triple room with an ocean view, which had a large bed with a comfortable mattress bed. The balcony view of the Ocean was amazing and definitely worth booking an Ocean-view room. The hotel room was clean. There were bathrobes for each of the guests and plenty of cupboards. Unfortunately, there were only 2 areas with sockets in the room. One area had about 3 sockets behind the TV which was difficult to access. The TV, kettle etc were already. There was one socket on the opposite wall near my mattress bed. However, we managed as we brought multi-plus adaptors with us. On the first day, we had complimentary water bottles, teabags, sugar and milk. Thereafter, we bought water from the hotel or the local Spar. Thereafter restaurant/reception gave us teabags, milk and sugar when we asked them. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of food, with both healthy options (plenty of fruit) and holiday unhealthy options. In addition to the buffet style, you can order crepes/pancakes, eggs done different ways and so on from the kitchen. The 2 pools were clean and good for families. The jacuzzi was lovely under some trees. There were plenty of sun-beds and parasols, as well as, different seating areas. The bar was open till 11pm, and drinks and food are easily available. Lunch has light options of sandwiches, as well as, some hot options too. Dinner was usually a pre-set 5-course dinner (except for buffet days) which changes every day, and usually 2 sittings starting at 18:30 and 20:00. The Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly throughout. Our room was a little old fashioned but was enough for our needs and the sea view was stunning. Breakfast choices excellent, evening meal (5 courses except for BBQ evenings) had “interesting”courses but quality was very good. No issues in pool area getting sun beds. All in all you get good value for money.

Paid for a sea view well worth it beautiful view of the sea and the hotel pools. The room and the hotel was clean. Excellent buffet at breakast but at dinner it was a set meal no choice with food given with the exception of a buffet barbecue twice a week. Alan at reception was extremely helpful. We were able to exchange the pool towels daily. Two sockets in room one in bedroom and the other in bathroom for charging appliances.

We spent 2 weeks here. One of the best things is how close it is to the sea, you can feel the sea breeze from your balcony and sleep with the door open hearing the waves. The breakfast was very good, staff was helpful as well. There are good restaurants near by and it is a short walk to the shopping center. Overall nicely old fashioned style but a bit dated.
