Wonderful! Everything wonderful. People, room, hallways, pool area, lobby. Nothing was out of place, it being a mix of apartments and hotel, the residents were nice, not everyone would interact in the elevators or waiting for the elevator, but I get it. They live there and just want to be left alone. Will go back 100%

Wow, I am impressed with the place! It is spotless and cozy. Check in was a breeze, front desk was super nice. I like it!

The hotel itself is very nice, but unfortunately the walls are very thin. I could hear a neighboring couple arguing and shouting throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The room was beautiful but the lighting could have been better. And the walls are so thin that we were able to hear almost everything our neighbors said / did.

Stay there all the time and it’s gorgeous, comfortable and by far best place to stay in downtown Tampa

Very nice clean rooms. close to everything. Went to TB Lightning Hockey game (Go Bolts !!!) Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance.

I LOOOOVE Roost Tampa. Staff is courteous and kind. The facility is beautiful, modern with well appointed and intentional decor as well as finishes. Love the amenities and location.

Creo q se necesita más estacionamiento, y en q niveles te puedes estacionar, perooo todo es muy limpio y muy práctico el cuarto
