This is our second time returning to the roost. Great location and very clean hotel. Disappointed that I got a handicap accessible room. I did not book that and unfortunately did not leave much counter space for getting ready and toiletries. Next time I would make sure to book a standard room.

Although we only stayed 1 night, Roost was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious rooms and great amenities. The coworking space, gym, and pool were particular standouts. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great— lots of stores and restaurants all in walking distance!

My stay here was perfect. Location was prime. What made it even more enjoyable were all the staff. Every single person I talked to that works there was extremely friendly and helpful.

We are fans of this mixed residential/hotel model. The room was well appointed. The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants and a quick drive to just about everything. Only complaint… elevators and traffic lights are slow in Florida… soooo slow.

I had a wonderful stay at ROOST! It’s in the heart of Tampa, on the Bay. It was perfect, with lots of places for entertainment, food, and drink right outside. The Riverwalk was about two blocks away, which made it super easy to travel everywhere by foot. I’d recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Tampa!

The property is aesthetically pleasing, smells good and is clean. The front desk was nice. Greeted me upon arrival and checked me in quickly thankfully because the loading zone was full and my husband had to park down the street a bit. I was under the impression the receptionists would help with luggage (unloading and whatnot) since that’s what it said in the message I received before arriving. Would have been nice since it was raining and we were traveling with a 7 month old baby. They did offer me a luggage cart but that was after I had already come inside with all of our things so there was no use for it then. Also this is a very young crowd in the building. Would not recommend for families. There were people yelling down the halls all night and we could hear our neighbor snoring all night long.
