Guest：地點不在中心。不是很方便。沒有衞生服務。就連垃圾都沒有清理。需要一天前通知前臺處理。沒有飲用水。需要自己買！房間沒有鏡子。要到衞生間去！整體來説，房間空間還可以，但衞生間特小。
Guest：I arrived very late that night due to an unexpected traffic accident. Throughout the entire journey, the hotel staff stayed in close contact with me by email, offering warm, patient, and truly professional assistance. What touched me most was that, even after their regular working hours, they still arranged everything so I could check in smoothly. Their thoughtfulness and responsibility turned a stressful night into a moment of relief and gratitude. Thank you to the whole team for the exceptional service — it made all the difference. I genuinely appreciate it.
Guest：Amenities were well thought out; position of plugs etc. room size was also decent. Did find it pleasant at first but found out we fortunately only had one night at this hotel because air conditioning was centralised and it became really, really hot. We had never stayed at such a ridiculously hot and stuffy room before in Japan as we found it difficult to breathe and were forced to open the window (which made it too noisy) or we were unable to sleep at night. Had quite an uncomfortable night here. Won’t be returning ??.
