  • Guest：地点不在中心。 不是很方便。 没有衞生服务。 就连垃圾都没有清理。 需要一天前通知前台处理。 没有饮用水。需要自己买！房间没有镜子。 要到衞生间去！整体来説，房间空间还可以，但衞生间特小。

Throughout the entire journey, the hotel staff stayed in close contact with me by email, offering warm, patient, and truly professional assistance. What touched me most was that, even after their regular working hours, they still arranged everything so I could check in smoothly. Their thoughtfulness and responsibility turned a stressful night into a moment of relief and gratitude. Thank you to the whole team for the exceptional service — it made all the difference. I genuinely appreciate it.
  • Guest：Amenities were well thought out; position of plugs etc. room size was also decent. Did find it pleasant at first but found out we fortunately only had one night at this hotel because air conditioning was centralised and it became really, really hot. We had never stayed at such a ridiculously hot and stuffy room before in Japan as we found it difficult to breathe and were forced to open the window (which made it too noisy) or we were unable to sleep at night. Had quite an uncomfortable night here. Won’t be returning ??.
