The room is clean and hotel staff are helpful, also it is easy access to casino

Chose this hotel as its conveniently connected to skyavenue mall and all the parks (indoor and outdoor). Rooms are renovated recently and it is clean and spacious. Special mention to ? Khai ( night shift manager on 20th November 2025 ) He is super helpful and kind. Whole night shift team on 20th November 2025 deserves two thumbs up!!

Smooth check in and check out experience. Concierge staffs are friendly and helpful. Room condition is good, kept spick and span, and it was pleasant and comfortable experience. Location is prime for gamblers who wants easy access to casino. I was staying in level 12, and I can just take a lift to level 3 to access to the casino easily. The buildings are all interconnected, so you can comfortably walk from one building to another via indoor access, filled with amenities. It's a city on a mountain, where you can enjoy one stop holiday service. Weather was cooling and the foggy atmosphere makes me feel I'm enjoying holiday in winter. Overall, a great holiday experience for my family.

Just came back from a short stay at Highlands Hotel and it was such a pleasant experience! The moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt calm and inviting. The lobby staff were welcoming and check-in was quick. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the mountains — waking up to the misty highland breeze was simply refreshing.
Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choices. I especially liked the local dishes and fresh pastries. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The hotel’s location is super convenient — right in the middle of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest.
What impressed me most was the consistent service. Every staff member I met, from housekeeping to the concierge, was polite and eager to help. It made the whole experience feel very personal and well taken care of.
If you’re heading to Genting Highlands for a short break or weekend escape, I highly recommend staying here. The comfort, convenience, and service make it one of the best choices in the area.

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the "DO NOT DISTRUB" sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The only downside is that the distance to both the indoor and outdoor theme park is a bit far, so it takes some walking there. Overall, it is a good experience.

The staff is very rude . Since our room is not ready yet so we had to dropped our baggage at the concierge storage but the staff was rude . I had to keep some of my stuff in the luggage so I had open it there and not long after people start coming to keep luggage he started saying in a rude way say “ long queue already behind Aiyo “ FYI it took less than a minute. Instead of how he’s been treating us he could’ve told us in a good manner or could’ve just ask us to move away there’s a long queue the way he said it very rude and gave us look . That’s not all! When I went back to take something from my luggage ONEEE TIME . I ask him politely can you help me take my luggage out i need to take something out of it . FYI there’s only 1 small luggage that was kept there . But he asked me to go in the storage room to take it myself. But that’s ok I didn’t mind . When I was inside the storage room . He spoke in Malay with one of his colleagues saying “ tak faham Kenapa dia ni keluar masuk” so I confronted him why did you say I come in and out when this is my first and only time coming in to take out stuff from my luggage. They thought I don’t understand Malay . The staff attitude is very rude very bad customer service for a 4 star hotel . Hotel is not cheap I paid 800++ per night for 3 room . I don’t expect to be treated this way with a 4/5 star hotel in genting . Very disappointed

環境衞生實在堪憂，睡一晚上滿身滿腿都是被床蟎咬的包，從來沒有花2k住這么差的酒店，也很少評論酒店，實在是忍無可忍。訂的是大床房，到前臺非要給我們雙床房，問題是還説床大，1米的床也叫大么？前臺也沒有笑臉，反正真心不建議入住。
