My partner and I came back to this hotel in January 2025 after 7 years. We were surprised that both the restaurant and bar were closed (which is not a good sign) and immediately spotted that the hotel needs a full refurbishment. The rooms are spacious indeed, and clean; however, all the infrastructure including the rooms are badly maintained, with stains in the curtains, stains in the carpet, tiles broken…I guess the broken door to the saunas and the ceiling in the hammam room tells you everything. Despite all these imperfections, the staff are very professional and helpful. The gentleman serving breakfast (who was the only person working at breakfast, and I don’t know his name but I believe he’s from Philippines) was super charming and attentive. We would definitely come back to Leukerbad as it’s a lovely spa resort but will stay somewhere else next time. A shame, as our memories from the first time were very different to what we experienced now.

We stayed for 2 nights. We arrived by hiking to the hotel, hot and sweaty. We were greeted by friendly people and offered cool towels for our face and neck - so nice. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The care for our rooms and our needs felt like we were the most important guests. The pools are incredible. The outdoor pool on day one was cool and refreshing. On day two the outdoor pool was like the largest hot tub. Our son, thinking it would be cool, jumped right in without feeling it. What a shocker!!!! The indoor pool is warm and relaxing and perfect after a days hike. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Again the service was incredible, attentive but no over the top. The food is delicious.

Rooms are big and well appointed. The bathrooms are also spacious and it's nice to have the toilet separated. It is a pity that there is no longer a restaurant, but breakfast is served and it is a very good breakfast. A bit of a shame that the passage to the outside pool is not covered and nor is it cleared of snow!

Attention … importants changements. Avant la fin de l’année ce ne sera plus un h?tel 5 étoiles mais une résidence 4 étoiles. Le bar et le restaurant vont dispara?tre ?? les piscines, sauna, bain de vapeur et même le garage resteront. Espérons que la qualité offerte demeurera.

Tout simplement parfait. Nous avons eu la chambre Lys une très belle chambre spacieuse. Le spa est grand et complet avec une piscine intérieure et extérieure. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Les plats du restaurant sont de grande qualité. La salle de sport est bien agencée. Bravo ??

Nous avons séjourné un week-end dans cet hotel. Le personnel était très proffessionel. La chambre était très grande, la salle de bain magnifique et il y avait une très bonne literie. Café et thé dans la chambre avec une petite attention à notre arrivée. Celle ci mériterait tout de fois un petit rafraichissement et un peu de modernité. Je ne suis pas fan des tapis tendus et personnellement je ne trouve pas ?a très hygiénique. Mais ?a c'est personnel.Le spa est grand avec fruits et excelent thé pour se désaltérer. Le jaccusi exterrieur mériterait un coup de brosse, tout noir à l'exterieur ce qui n'est pas très ragoutant.Le petit déjeuner était bon avec des produits frais. Un bon 4 étoiles

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was gorgeous and the location was perfect. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the pool was great.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en amoureux dans cet établissement. - Accueil parfait. - Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, bonne literie, très calme. - Piscine intérieure et extérieure (eau chaude) de bonne taille, c'était très agréable, y compris le sauna. - Le restaurant La Malvoisie au top. A noter que cet h?tel a un certain age et que certains détails pourraient être rafra?chis, mais c'est le seul bémol.
