Ein sch?nes Hotel, unweit des Dorfplatzes, aber leicht erh?ht. Das Zimmer (Nordseite) mit einem kleinen Balkon war angenehm, sauber und recht gross. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich, in einem sch?nen Saal. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist gut.

H?tel à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles. Tout est parfait, accueil, confort de la chambre, propreté, disponibilité de tout le personnel. Avec pleins de petites attentions très agréables, j'ai bien apprécié l'excellent thé et les fruits dès 7 h00 du matin au SPA. Le restaurant est aussi excellent.

房间很好很大乾湿分离实用性强。推荐订带阳台的房间推开之後可以看到阿尔卑斯山空气好，景色好。房间带有温泉，非常棒服务和设施还不错。值得推荐。

Sehr sch?nes, ruhiges Zimmer. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das SPA mit den Behandlungen war ausgezeichnet, leider dürften in den Pools und in den Saunas (Hamman ausser Betrieb) einige Renovationen (Ausbesserungsarbeiten) vorgenommen werden.Das Frühstück war ok, mehr aber nicht, insbesondere im Vergleich zu andern Hotels derselben Sterne-Klasse. Dass man frisch gepressten Orangensaft zus?tzlich bezahlen muss, .... Das Restaurant brilliert vor allem durch einen erstklassigen Service, sonst stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverh?ltnis eher nicht. Schade, beim Auschecken wird man nicht gefragt, ob der Aufenthalt sch?n war, sondern, typisch halt für die Schweiz, "Haben Sie noch etwas aus der Minibar konsumiert?"

We had 5 wonderful nights in this hotel. The room was really big. The staff is so nice. The breakfast was opulent and we even got raw vegetables every morning. The pools and the spa area are amazing. What a pleasure to be in hot springs waters when 0 degrees outside. The place to be in Leukerbad

The building and pools are a little dated and could use love. The bar area looks to have been recently refreshed and has a charming atmosphere. The menu and food are average. However throughout the hotel the service is brilliant. Well orientated towards children, a nice little play area and the heated pools were a joy for our 1 and 2 year old. The spa was lovely for the adults when we had the moment too. Big thankyou to the staff who made the difference.

We had a wonderful spent new year 2022 in this Hotel we see the beautiful fireworks from Balcony. The Suite room is big and the bed good for 3 person and their Sofa bed can also 3 person. The view were also nice from the Terrace and the other side is Thermal pool.

A very nice place to stay with our rooms spacious & clean. We loved almost all aspects except some of the staff (at reception) lacked 5 star attention to detail. This was a shame. On a few occasions we were sort of overlooked when needing assistance. I wont go into details but this detracted from our experience. Very casual attitude. The restaurant was fine both for breakfast (nice omelette!) & dinner. So not perfect but we had a very pleasant stay nevertheless.

We first checked in with a wonderful lady at the front desk who was exceptionally warm and friendly. Our room was gorgeous looking out over the town and the surrounding mountains. The spa was really nice and the spa services were excellent. One warning, if you get a gel manicure, prepare for sticker shock. It was nearly $200. All other services seemed in line with industry standard, but the manicure was way over priced. The breakfast was decent and convenient. The town is really darling and the hiking exceptional! We enjoyed our trip!
